Getting started with the Strategizer

The Strategizer module supports you in deriving concrete innovation fields and projects from trends, and consists of two core functions: Innovation Fields and Innovation Projects. The goal is to translate relevant trends from the Trendradar into action-oriented innovation fields and to derive projects from them that strategically advance your company. In this way, observing developments becomes a roadmap for the future. After trends have been made visible and evaluated in the radar, the Strategizer picks up exactly here: the most important trends are transferred into innovation fields, from which initial strategic priorities can be derived.

First steps:

To start, first select the most important trends from your radar, assign them to the appropriate innovation fields, and derive your first innovation projects from them. This creates a continuous process: from recognizing trends, to structuring them in innovation fields, to implementing them in concrete innovation initiatives.
