There are three modules:
- Explorer: Identification of trends and innovations
- Radar: Analysis and evaluation of trends and innovations
- Strategizer: Derivation of concrete innovation opportunities. Export work results and communicate them internally.

That depends on your package. In the smallest package you can use the software with up to 5 users. An exception is the Explorer module - in the smallest package we also offer this for a single user. For larger teams we also offer packages in tiers of up to 10, 20, 50, 100, or more users.

The content is updated daily by the trend scouting team at TRENDONE.
TRENDONE has maintained a continuous trend scouting approach since 2003. All trend content is scouted and pre-qualified by our in-house trend editorial team. From this we then generate our Trend Universe with Micro, Macro, and Mega Trends, which you can then access as a user in the tool.
The Trendmanager comprises 18 Mega Trends, 150 Macro Trends, and over 60,000 Micro Trends.
Yes, you can create your own trends at the Mega, Macro, and Micro Trend level.
Through Workspaces, selected trends can be prioritized by, for example, industries, departments, or importance. In addition, trends can be evaluated in the Trendradar.

Yes, the Trendmanager supports parallel work in a team.
Yes, there are two main roles: the „Manager“ and the „User“. The Manager can create strategic content such as Trendradars and Innovation Fields. The User can see and read everything but cannot create their own content such as Trendradars. During onboarding we show you all functions from both the Manager and the User role.
Yes, external partners can be included in the collaboration via individualized access and permissions.

All data is encrypted and protected by a secure company login.
The data is hosted in Germany and processed according to European standards.
Yes, the Trendmanager is fully GDPR-compliant.
There are three different export variants. First, via a report (PowerPoint or PDF). Second, via a digital report embedded as an iframe into SharePoint or a website. Third, via a URL link that is then freely available.

To get started, you receive an onboarding session in which we present the central functions of the Trendmanager and show relevant use cases.
In addition to tutorials, videos, and tips, webinars or individual consultations are also offered on request.
For technical issues or questions about the Trendmanager, we are available Monday to Friday and respond to your request within 48 hours at the latest. Our support team is also happy to help you create new users or update user data.
