What rights and functions do managers have?

In the manager role, you have additional rights for using the individual areas of the Trendmanager.

Mega and Macro Trends:

Create new Macro and Mega Trends that you and your team have identified. Create an assessment of the relevance, opportunities, and risks of the Macro Trends used in your evaluation process. As a manager, you are entitled to remove the information, opportunities, and risks of Macro Trends added by other users, for example due to missing or incorrect information.

Trendradars:

As a manager, you can create, edit, and remove Trendradars yourself. As a manager, you select the evaluation panel that is invited to evaluate the Macro Trends.

Innovation Fields:

Create Innovation Fields to represent the areas in which you want to innovate with your company and team. You can also edit or delete the Innovation Fields. In addition, establish the connections of the Innovation Fields to the Trendradars, Macro Trends, and Innovation Projects by linking the elements.

Innovation Projects:

Create and edit Innovation Projects and remove them again if needed. Link the Innovation Projects with your Trendradars, Macro Trends, and Innovation Fields to make their connections clear for all participants. Add project members, who then also receive editing rights for the Innovation Project. In addition, managers have all rights of the „User“ role.
