The Additive Minds Academy (AMAC) is the training unit of EOS GmbH, one of the world's leading manufacturers of industrial 3D printing. Project Scope
- Special Research in the field of "Learning" with a technology-specific focus
- Conception, Planning & Moderation of the two-day (remote) workshop, including a prior tech onboarding session regarding tools
- Conducting virtual workshops in MURAL and ZOOM
- Collaboration with Trendsketcher and feedback loops for finalizing the "Future Learning Journey 2030"

Over the next 10 years, everything related to learning is likely to be disrupted: people, technologies, behaviors. With the founding of its Additive Minds Academy in 2020, EOS GmbH is at the forefront of current developments. They actively and openly embrace trends & innovations.
The commissioned future vision not only uncovered macro-trends for which the Academy previously had no name. The project focused on the multifaceted future of learning, highlighting three extremely exciting areas: Employer Curated Content as a mind-changer for all employees of a learning organization, the potential of wearables as a key technology, and the aspect of Integrated Coaching as a given in the future daily life of every employee.
