This is why our customer wishes to develop a customized trend radar for systematic trend management. The aim is to be the first to identify and make the most of the opportunities presented by innovative technologies – and continue to act as a driving force in this industry.
For three years now, our customer has been using the innovation processes developed in partnership with Trendone to detect technological trends at an early stage – from scouting right through to integration into daily business. The work is started by the TRENDONE trend scouts. Their expertise flows in digital format into cross-sector evaluation processes. After evaluation, the company releases the relevant trends via the TRENDONE trend radar – clearly structured in three fields of action called “Watch”, “Think” and “Act”. Furthermore, the jointly developed trend management system defines how technology trends are integrated into the innovation process. This ensures that our customer has everything they need to stay on the fast track when it comes to new technology.
