TRENDONE shows R+V how to identify trends independently and integrate them into their innovation process.
As one of Germany’s most innovative insurance companies, R+V is always looking to improve its innovation process. TRENDONE was commissioned to make the subjects of trend scouting and structured work with trends more comprehensible to the employees of R+V as part of a customized workshop.
In a workshop specially devised for the customer, TRENDONE presented the latest micro-trends from the Omni-Channel Experience sector and worked out with the participants how these trends influence the insurance business. In a playful setting, the participants worked on the trends and learned how they could independently spot relevant trends for their industry in future.
Inspired by this, new service and product ideas were developed in group work – and the employees learned how to integrate trends into the R+V innovation process. A successful future is now assured for R+V.
