How to become and remain innovative

The Heidenheimer Zeitung is a German regional daily newspaper with around 90 permanent employees.

For several years now, we have been accompanying the management on its way to an innovation strategy and a lived culture of innovation. We are ourselves enthusiastic about the enthusiasm of the employees and the transformational power of the small company. First and foremost its managing director Martin Wilhelm, who faced the transformation of his company and quickly realized that it is an iterative innovation process.

We developed a corporate vision together with the management level and recommended a new position to drive innovation in-house. The innovation strategy matured. Thomas Haubold prioritized the topic again and again and consolidated individual methods within the teams.
