1st Press Operator, Mark Andy 16” Web Press – 2nd shift
Qualifications/experience required to be considered The ideal candidate should have one three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the following:
- Experience in press operation: Mark Andy, Flexograph, Webtron, or other printing press experience.
- Standard press operating procedures/maintenance/servicing.
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Word and Excel.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
What you’ll be responsible for if selected
- Mounting of flexographic plates.
- Loading raw materials on unwind stations.
- Loading die cylinders and making adjustments.
- Install and adjust stacker/conveyor.
- Weekly inventory of parts/supplies.
- Press adjustments to insure quality equipment.
- Set and adjust slitting knives.
- Check and replenish adhesive and ink in fountains or pumps.
- Unload finished materials.
- Clean-up and insure proper clean-up by staff.
- Overall running of press and related fields.
- Responsibility for the completion of all production reports and related documented information.

Customer Care Representative
Salary Minimum starting salary $14 per Hour.
Qualifications/experience required to be considered
- At least 2 years of Customer Care/Service experience in a high volume call center.
- Placing, checking status and following-up on customer orders.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- High data entry with 30-35 wpm typing.
- Knowledge of Windows/Web based order entry systems.
- General office procedures.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Great attendance is a Must.
Responsibilities for this position
- Taking a high volume of inbound calls.
- Provide customers with order and product information.
- Provide customers with pricing, quality, scheduling, and shipping times and status.
- Act as liaison between PDC, customers, and sales service.
- Act as liaison between production control and shipping.
- Enter RMAs and incident reports.
- Respond to customer emails in a timely manner.

Development Engineer
We currently have an immediate need for a Development Engineer. In this position, the incumbent will design and develop products to satisfy marketing specification of end user requirements. This will include collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales departments to ensure effective product development.
The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for the following duties:
- Design and develop new product details, initial recommended sourcing, component sourcing, engineering layout drawings, working prototypes, production prototypes, product testing and project design reviews.
- Write initial new product specifications for suppliers and internal customers. Participates in brainstorming sessions with Sales, Marketing, and Executive Management for new product ideas
- Creates and oversees the development of all engineering drawings, specifications and test requirements. Instructs manufacturing personnel in techniques and procedures to build product.
- Responsible for project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure the project remains on schedule. Conducts and documents regular project/design meetings and prepares paperwork and reports as necessary.
- Tests and evaluates prototypes which includes verifying that the new design or modification to a current design will meet the strength, performance, and durability requirements set during the concept development.
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline) is required. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in research and development designing industrial or consumer products is required. Extensive mechanical design experience with CAD and Solid Works is required. Experience with molded plastics, lamination, printing process, flexography and lithography is required. In addition, practical experience with polymeric based product development, coatings, and adhesives is required. Experience with metal machining and tooling is required.

Industrial Engineer
We currently have an opening for an Industrial Engineer. In this position, the incumbent will assist in improving the efficiency of manufacturing operations through labor standards and methods analysis, lean manufacturing concepts, 5S practices, capacity planning, cost/benefit analysis, and other problem solving techniques. Will also work with management and other levels of employees to identify improvement opportunities and define processes in order to develop effective solutions. This person will also ensure Safety and Ergonomics are considered during any improvement activity. A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is required.
Under general supervision, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Establish Labor standards (through time studies), methods, and best manufacturing practices
- Create Process Maps and Flow Charts
- Perform Capacity Planning analysis to balance labor requirements with production demands
- Perform Cost benefit analysis to determine payback for any process improving capital equipment
- Participates at the initiation phase of new product lines to ensure an efficient process after implementation
- Keeps abreast of the trend of technology, investigates, and proposes the most effective methods of manufacturing to keep the company at a competitive edge at all times.
- Submit Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in order to create or modify PDC documents
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Improve the efficiency of multi-department operations by employing Lean mfg concepts, changes to plant layouts, production cells, work station analysis/design.
- Develops clear and concise management reports for planning, control, and variance purposes.
- Present project activity status as required, in a formal setting in front of management and peers
- Performs other duties as requested by Management.

Territory Sales Representative
We currently have an opening for a Territory Sales Representative to sell identification products to hospitals, and medical facilities as well as distributor representatives in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, with the ideal candidate being based in Boston or Providence, R.I.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Covers assigned region to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
- Calls on dealers and end-users.
- Meets quota projections, and controls expenditures within allocation.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, territorial expansion, price schedules, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
- Product trains dealers and their representatives and advises them concerning sales and advertising techniques.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist dealers in promoting sales.
- Supplies samples, literature, and pricing where needed
- Represents company at trade shows to promote products. Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.
- Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for order obtained.
- Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules.
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
- Reports on competitive activity.
- Submits weekly call reports with all sales activity. Looks for new product opportunities and reports backs to Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales.
- Prepares and submit recommendations relative to changes in existing procedures, services, etc. to effect improvements to increase sales volume.
- Works closely with Customer Care, Product Manager, Sales, Advertising, and Marketing to promote and maintain the highest possible relationship with customers to assure satisfaction and improve the image of the company.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in sales/marketing is highly desirable. Minimum three years outside sales experience, preferably selling hospital supplies. Experience calling on dealers and end-users is highly desirable.
